
Support and Maintenance
Support and maintenance can be bought on demand. Support and maintenance includes e-mail support, access to online support area and free version updates during the support and maintenance period.
Tailored support contracts are available also. For example, support arrangements are available when a XML-Simulator licensee needs to provide technical support to an end user or OEM.
Version Updates
Version updates are supplied without charge to licensees who are covered by active support and maintenance contracts.

1-day XML-Simulator training is available upon request.
