Support and maintenance policy
Support and maintenance can be bought on
demand. Support and maintenance includes online support, discounted license transfer fees and free version updates
during the support and maintenance period.
Tailored support contracts are also available. For example, support arrangements are available when a TestCast licensee needs to provide technical support to an end user or OEM.
Version Updates
Version updates are supplied without
charge to licensees who are covered by active support and maintenance
contracts. If you do not have active support and maintenance contract, please contact us for new version updates.
